Businesses looking for government and private sector tenders, and individuals looking for jobs, scholarships, internships, grants and fellowships. Our team also offers professional services such as tender preparation.

Register with a username, email and password. You can add your company details afterwards under My account.

Free tenders are open to everyone. Priced tenders show a summary to everyone, but the full details, requirements and documents need an active subscription.

Open the tender and click Save Tender. We'll email you before it closes, as long as saved-tender alerts are switched on under Notifications.

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but the issuing organisation's own documents are the authority. Always check the official documents and deadline before you bid.

Click Apply Now on the opportunity page. Applications are made on the organisation's own website.

Yes. Switch on Email me new opportunities under Notifications. To be reminded before a specific deadline, save the opportunity.

Choose a plan on the Plans page and pay securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card number.

Yes, at the end of each billing period, until you cancel. You'll get a reminder before it renews and a receipt for every payment.

You keep access for 3 days while we retry the payment. If it still fails, access to priced tenders is paused until you pay.

Go to My subscription and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Pick a service on the Services page and click Request a Quote. Describe what you need, attach the tender documents and give us your deadline.

Only after you accept our quote. Work starts once payment is confirmed, and you can follow progress and message the team on your order page.

Yes. Documents you attach can only be downloaded by you and the ProcaX team working on your request.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.

Email hello@procax.net from the address on your account and we'll close it and delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
